WE ONLY SELL DIRECT AND SHIP WORLDWIDE FROM THE UK (except to RUSSIA)

Orders

You can place your order through our website and pay later based on our Invoice (details below at the Payments). The only price we offer is always the list price from the current price list. 20% VAT is applied to all goods and services sold within the UK. We export outside of the UK without VAT added.  

Payments

If we can’t ship from stock, you can pay in two instalments, 50% at ordering and the other 50% before shipping. We accept local bank transfer payments to our GBP (in the UK), EUR (in Brussels), AUD (in Collingwood, AU), CAD (in Ottawa, CA) or US Dollar (in Memphis, US) accounts. We also accept online card payments in USD, GBP, and EUR with Wise. You can save 3% on your purchase if you pay by local Bank transfer. 

Warranty

The icOn preamplifiers come with a 2 years return to base warranty. During the warranty period, there will normally be no charge for parts or labour. You are responsible for paying for the safe and proper shipment of the warrantied product to us, we will pay the cost of returning the repaired or replacement product to you. The original packaging should be used when returning a unit to avoid transit damage. Please return the power supply and remote controller together with the main unit.

Returns Policy

The customer has 10 days from the day of delivery to test the product and return it for a full refund minus the payment fee (if any) and the shipping cost incurred by the seller. The customer must contact us via email at pal@passivepreamp.com and announce the order number and product which is to be returned. No returns are accepted after 10 days of receipt of the products ordered.

After 10 days the sale is final. The refund will NOT be granted if the product has been altered. The product must be shipped in its original packing.

The return postage is to be paid by the customer.

Shipping and customs

We offer FREE shipping on all our products. If you are outside of the UK the shipping will include an import procedure. The shipping company is responsible for the customs clearance of the shipment. If they need any data (your SSN or tax number in the US) from the importer (you) they will contact you and inform you about what they need. Your government governs the customs clearances and you should pay the local VAT, a small administration fee and in some countries import tax or other customs fees too. The import rules and the payables (like VAT) are different for every country. Please check the customs rules of your country before ordering. Please do not ask us to undervalue customs declarations. Customs duties and VAT are governmental taxes and not paying them is committing fraud and against the law. We won’t risk being sued for tax evasion. Thank you for your kind understanding.
